Maricat 4.3 in BACK VALLEY, South Australia for sale

This Maricat 4.3 is in great condition as can be seen from the pics. It was originally sailed at Seacliff and when I moved to Victor Harbor I needed a boat that could handle the occasional bumping over reefs., so I bought a Hobie Wave made of rotomouled plastic. Because I thought I would still sail at Seacliff had Felix totally overhauled. The boat has brand new hulls, and an almost new trampoline. All of the rigging has been replaced, and the jib is about 5 years old. It is set up with a mast raising system that allows the user to raise the mast by him/herself. There is also a new system for holding the rudders in place. With its original retro sail, I am asking $1450. During the refit I had a racing sail made. This has only been used around 3 times, and is in perfect condition. With the racing sail I am asking $1800 as the sail alone is worth around $750. This boat would suit a learner, or someone who wanted to use the racing sail and join a club. Or use the sail recreationally and just look good. You can see this boat in action in a Youtube video entitled "Catamaran Madness 4" Even then it went fast and that was with the old hulls and sail. Some people have asked if the hulls are really new. Please note that McCracken is a suburb of Victor Harbor. This boat is a pleasure to sail, and comes with an equally good looking trailer and dolly wheels. Trailer is currently registered and has been recently painted.
